“KomsoMALL” RLC in Volgograd is being prepared for launch
REC Stolitsa in Perm

Construction of the REC started on 5 April 2003. The centre was commissioned in November 2004. By then, more than 90% of commercial space had been let.

REC Stolitsa in Izhevsk

The REC design is based on latest concepts and state-of-the-art technology used for best-in-class malls from around the world, and with view of urban development potential in Izhevsk. The retail centre operates since August 2007.

REC KomsoMALL in Yekaterinburg

The KomsoMALL retail and entertainment centre is in the fusion style combining 1920s Agitprop motifs with post-modern elements. The REC is expected to be commissioned in August 2009.

REC KomsoMALL in Volgograd

The REC will be the largest retail and entertainment centre in Volgograd, with an area of 104,091 sq. metres, the largest centre of this kind located near the city centre.

Cinemas

DVI Cinema is creating a network of cinemas in Russia.

Offices

In the fall of 2010 in Perm, the company is planning to open DVI Business Park EKO, a multifunctional retail and office center (6,223 sq m).
